All team placements have been posted on the members area. Congrats to all who have become a part of our Bama All Star Family!
Age: The participants age is based on their age as of August 31, 2010. (For example, if your child turns twelve on August 30th, they will be considered 12 for the season even though they are 11 during tryouts).

Private Tryouts are underway! Missed tryouts? You want to cheer with the best? No problem! Call the corporate cell to schedule a private tryout. 205-985-1330 Tryout Fee is $80 for ACC members. $60 annual registration fee must be current (2010). Ages are as of August 31st. For greater flexibility, stretch often! Space the times out during the day when you stretch. You can stretch while watching TV, studying or reading your favorite magazine, before bed and when you wake up in the morning. Being consistent will increase your flexibility!
